Kentucky and Florida State lead for Wiggins

Andrew Wiggins will tell you he has a top five, but his AAU coach says otherwise. Mike George, head coach of Wiggins? CIA Bounce, told SNY.tv that Kentucky and Florida State ?stick out more? from the list of schools. Both of Wiggins? parents were Seminoles ? his dad played basketball and his mother was a track star ? so he?s comfortable with the idea of following in their footsteps. Wiggins said his parents are ?like legends? in Tallahassee.

Kentucky, on the other hand, has been around the longest and has been the closest, according to George. Wiggins has made several visits to Lexington, including the North Carolina game and the football game against Florida, and he said he loves the school, environment, fans, players and coach.

The young man who is arguably the best player in all of high school basketball, regardless of class, is also considering Duke, Syracuse and North Carolina. It was reported over the weekend that?ll he remain in the 2014 class, but there is still a chance he?ll reclassify at some point during the school year.

I?m still amazed by what he did on the first day of the LeBron James Skills Academy?
